Lake Manyara National Park:

Lake Manyara National Park is a small but picturesque safari park, good for birdwatching and you caneasily find elephant, as well as the potential of spotting the famous Lake Manyara tree-climbing lions, giraffe, warthog, buffalo and wildebeest can be found grazing. The rivers and riverbeds provide beautiful scene for possible animal spotting
Lake Manyara is a good introduction to the safari experience.
Tarangire National Park:

Tarangire National Park is located in Manyara Region, 118 kilometres southwest of Arusha town, and 163 kilometres from Kilimanjaro International Airport. The Park is named after the River Tarangire.
Magnificent 1000-year-old giant Baobab trees are present at the Park.
The types of animals which can be found within the Tarangire National Park, include Olive baboon, Bat eared fox, Bohors reedbuck, buffalo, cheetah, eland, elephants, Fringe eared Oryx, gerenuk, impala, Coke’s hartebeest, hippo, lesser and Greater kudu, leopard, lion, Maasai giraffe, warthogg, Black rhino, Rock hyrax, Hyenas, waterbuck, and White bearded wildebeest.
