Manyara is one of 26 Regions of Tanzania. To the North is bordered by Arusha Region, on the Northeast by Kilimanjaro Region, to the East Tanga Region, to the South by Dodoma Region, to the Southwest by Singida Region and to the Northwest by Shinyanga Region.

Manyara has five distrcts, which are Mbulu, Babati, Simanjiro,Hanang,and Kiteto.
